Our Orchard Key Skills are the bedrock of what we expect the children to achieve as a person as they go through the school. We roughly expect children to finish Year 2 at what we've called Stage 2, and for the children to progress to Stage 6 by the end of Year 6.

The children who reach The T.O.P. (what we colloquially refer to as a True Orchard Pupil) are those children who really excel in one or more areas.

The children are not formally assessed on this, but we see it as a pastoral way of showing the children progress and develop through non-academic learning as they grow up as not only a member of the Orchard community, but the wider community in general.
